The LIC offers a wide variety of spaces, including individual study spots, meeting rooms, collaborative classrooms, and two event venues: the Learning Theatre and the Board Room. Easily navigate the building using MazeMap.
Meeting Rooms and Study Seats
VUB and ULB students and staff can book meeting rooms and study spots via the Roamer X app (click here for instructions) or via the links above.
- Please note that bookings can be made in blocks of up to 4 hours.
- As a student, you can book a meeting room up 1 week in advance.
- Our meeting rooms are available until one hour before closing time.
- Some rooms are staff-only and can only be reserved by VUB/ULB staff.
- Staff meeting rooms can be booked by staff up to 60 days in advance.
